On 4 September 2007 Hampden Underwriting Plc was listed on the London Alternative Investment Market (AIM). The company has been incorporated primarily to provide a limited liability direct investment into the Lloyd’s insurance market.
The company will be advised by Hampden Agencies Ltd.
