Do you have a complaint?

Every reporting that contains the term 'complaint' is a complaint to us. We will do our utmost to solve the problem. You can file a complaint by sending an e-mail to klacht@hampden.eu

Describe in your e-mail your complaint as clearly as possible and if necessary send us relevant documents.

When will you get an answer?

Within 5 working days you will receive a confirmation of your complaint. Within 3 weeks you can expect a substantive reaction from us. Sometimes we need more time to investigate your complaint. If that is the case we will let you know how much longer we will be needing.

Not satisfied with our solution?

We will do everything to handle your complaint correctly. But are you not satisfied with the outcome? Then you can present your complaint to an independent party. We will fully cooperate with a solution via the external complaints institution to which we are affilated: Kifid via www.kifid.nl or court.
